  • We’ll become your ‘Property Coach’ for as long as needed, adapting to requirements whether you are a UK-based or International purchaser. Our purpose is to help our Clients (and their families) relocate, upsize or downsize.
  • We are contactable until 10pm daily (including weekends).
  • Acting on instruction, we’ll search for the best properties for you. These could be off-plan, off-market, new or character, listed, with land, equestrian, apartments, in a city, village, by water or in the countryside.
  • Searchwells advises on high tech city investment apartments to country bolt-hole cottages. Or, listed town or country houses with (or without) land, buy-to-lets, properties for home and business use; refurbishment projects, classic farmhouses or new builds.
  • We’ll liaise daily (with your permission) with agents, developers, vendors, solicitors, banks and financial advisors, insurers, surveyors, planners and trades.
  • Searchwells has the experience to provide you with a clear insight into the opportunities available and any challenges that these may incur. We have access to the best specialist advice as needed.
  • You can have just one point of contact. With us. And, we’ll keep you fully up-to-date with progress.

Often, our Client’s lives continue to be busy after their purchase has completed. Or, they may not have the knowledge or contacts to help them make their new property really feel like home.

Refurbishment to include wiring, heating and re-decoration may be needed, or, planning permission for an extension and approvals for equestrian use. Alternatively, an interior designer may be on the wish list to bring the look and feel up to date.

Additionally, improved lighting and security, better grounds layout, or a pool, spa and tennis court may also improve the property substantially.

Plus, there’s always household and grounds support to consider. And, you may also wish to start a specialist search for antiques, fine art, top marque cars or stock up the wine cellar.
