1. Free No Obligation Meeting
Ideally, it’s best for us to meet you (always at your convenience) at home or at work. These meetings are very relaxed and should take no more than an hour of your time.
2. Full Property Search
Search Retainer: is payable prior to commencement of Full Property Search. *This cost is then fully deducted from the final success fee.
Search Term: 6 months from date of instruction
Success Fee: The success fee is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price
Detail: Success Fee payable on exchange.
3. Rental Search
Search Retainer: is payable prior to commencement of Rental Search. *This cost is then fully deducted from the final success fee.
Search Term: Between three and five half days, dependent on brief.
Success Fee: One month’s rent
Detail: Fees are payable on signing of rental tenancy agreement.
4. Overseeing Your Current Home’s Sale
Retainer: payable prior to commencement of overseeing sale. *This cost is then fully deducted from the final success fee.
Overseeing Term: 6 months.
Success Fee: The success fee is calculated as a percentage of the final negotiated sale price of your property.
Detail: Fee payable on exchange
5. Single Residential Property Viewing Only
Viewing Fee: Fees and terms are agreed on an individual basis.
Detail: Includes an immediate one-off visit to a property selected by you, a verbal assessment after the visit and a summary report inclusive of digital images.
If the property is not suitable, you can choose to become a full search client for a reduced search retainer (deductible from the final success fee). This is subject to our usual terms and conditions.
6. Residential Property Negotiation & Conveyancing Only
Success Fee: Fees and terms are agreed on an individual basis.
Detail: This service applies if you have already located your ideal property before instructing us and require us to negotiate the transaction and manage through the conveyancing. Fee payable on exchange.
