This incorporates researching every available property relevant to you, immediately pre-viewing all properties prior to you seeing them, further researching the best properties and their locations (also prior to your visit), handling any negotiations on your behalf and then managing the sales/legal process via surveyors, planners, lenders and solicitors, as necessary.
We can even manage the actual move itself as well as advise you with regard to local schools and travel to key destinations. Additionally our clients have access to our listing of reputable local specialists including gardeners, housekeepers, painters and decorators, joiners etc.
• We will fully prepare you to purchase your ideal home, making sure that when you view a property you wish for, you are able to proceed as quickly as possible to secure it.
