Leonora Wollner
Leonora heads Searchwells Home Finders across Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk (as well as also covering the Home Counties, the South East, Oxfordshire and Hampshire, by referral), overseeing all home finding assignments. As a home buying agent, her key focus is on customer service, ensuring that each home finding brief is fully met and that all private clients are entirely happy with the service and savings they have made.

Leo has many years experience of property refurbishment, home buying, rental and resale. Additionally, she has many years experience of listed character properties, their structure and how best to refurbish them with full listed planning approval. 

Prior to working with property full time, she also worked in several different marketing sectors (including grocery, luxury goods and child marketing, film distribution & cinema retail) for over 25 years; running her own marketing consultancy for eight years (where her prime focus was on client service).

Mark Wollner
Mark focuses on the growth and development of Searchwells Home Finders and Searchwells Etc. He has personal experience in dealing with institutions in the wealth management sector, including private banks and specialist providers of financial services.

Before establishing Searchwells in Essex, Mark was the Finance Director of Orange, the mobile phone and communications group. Prior to Orange Mark held directorships in the insurance and banking sectors.

Mark is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a BSc degree in Engineering from the University of Manchester.

Timothy Taylor
Tim heads Searchwells Etc luxury asset search. His key focus is ensuring that Searchwells Etc. provide impeccable customer service, professional advice and the ability to source the very best items available at sensible prices.

With a family background in auction houses, Tim's experience since his early teens has been with auction rooms and antiques, gained in one of the country's largest provincial auction houses.

Tim holds a BA (Hons) degree in Fine Art and Valuation.
